Approval Confirmation:

If you approved the design and placement of your advertisement in our physical magazine via email correspondence from editor@swflbusinessmagazine.com, you are not eligible for a refund. Approval via email serves as confirmation, and the transaction is considered final.

Refund Criteria:

Refunds will be considered based on the validity of the request and adherence to the outlined eligibility criteria. SWFL BUSINESS MAGAZINE LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

Billing Disputes:

Cancellation of Subscription:

Subscribers who wish to cancel their subscription and request a refund for any remaining unused portion may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date.

At SWFL Business Magazine, we value the commitment of our Gold and Silver Sponsors who make our Business Speed Networking events possible. Because these sponsorships are tailored, exclusive, and limited, the following policy applies:

  • No Refunds: Once a Gold or Silver Sponsorship purchase is made, it is non-refundable. These events are carefully curated, and each sponsorship is customized to provide maximum exposure and value.

  • Credit Option: In the event that you are unable to participate, we will offer you a credit in the full sponsorship amount. This credit can be applied toward:

    • A future Business Speed Networking sponsorship

    • Advertising space in SWFL Business Magazine

  • Exclusivity: As sponsorships are exclusive and industry-limited, securing a spot means others are unable to participate in your category. This exclusivity is part of the value we work hard to provide.

By purchasing a sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Our goal is to ensure fairness while continuing to bring the local business community together for growth and collaboration.

🚫 No Refund Policy & Attendance Commitment for Business Speed Networking Events

By submitting your RSVP and payment for any Business Speed Networking event hosted by SWFL Business Magazine, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. The $50.00 RSVP fee secures your seat at a highly coordinated event designed for professional growth and meaningful connections. Your commitment is essential to the success of the event structure.

2. 48-Hour Cancellation Courtesy:
If you are unable to attend, we require notice at least 48 hours in advance so we may offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. While no refunds will be issued, we will grant you complimentary access to one future Business Speed Networking event.

3. Repeated Cancellations:
If you cancel twice or fail to show up without advance notice, SWFL Business Magazine reserves the right to deny your participation in any future Business Speed Networking events. These events rely on full attendance and mutual respect among all participants.

4. Community Commitment:
These events are built on professionalism, respect, and a shared goal of building strong business relationships in SWFL. We only work with individuals who take their RSVP seriously and value the time and effort of others.

No-Show & Attendance Policy

SWFL Business Speed Networking (Hosted by SWFL Business Magazine)
Effective Date: September 24, 2025

We host these events for the community, and every seat matters. When you RSVP—or commit as a Gold or Silver sponsor—you are reserving a spot that another local business could have used.

If you RSVP or sponsor (Gold or Silver) and do not attend without proper cancellation, you will receive a permanent ban from all future Business Speed Networking events hosted by SWFL Business Magazine.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

  • 48-Hour Courtesy: You must notify us at least 48 hours before the event if you cannot attend.

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

  • One-Time Transfer: With 48+ hours notice, you may receive a one-time credit to attend the next Business Speed Networking event (subject to availability).

  • Two Cancellations = Ban: If you cancel twice (even with proper notice), you will be permanently banned from all future events.

No-Show Policy

  • Definition: Failure to attend without providing 48+ hours notice.

  • Consequence: A no-show results in an immediate permanent ban from all future Business Speed Networking events.

  • Sponsors: Gold and Silver sponsors who no-show will lose all future eligibility for sponsorship and attendance.

Emergencies & Appeals

We understand that real emergencies happen. If a verifiable emergency prevented your attendance:

  • Email Editor@swflbusinessmagazine.com within 72 hours of the event.

  • Include a brief explanation and any supporting documentation.

  • Final Decision: SWFL Business Magazine reserves the right to uphold or lift a ban at our sole discretion.

Community Standard

These events are designed to help the SWFL business community grow. When you commit, you are expected to show up. Reliability and accountability ensure that every seat, every table, and every rotation delivers value to all.
