We maintain the sole and independent discretion to decline, suspend, or permanently remove any individual, business, or brand from participating in any of our services, events, or promotional outlets at any time and without prior notice.
This includes removal from:

Past or scheduled social media posts

Email marketing campaigns and business promotions

Any materials or platforms associated with SWFL Business Magazine LLC

2. Grounds for Removal

We may take such action if, in our reasonable judgment, we believe:

Your brand or conduct does not align with our values or standards

You misrepresented your business or affiliations

You engaged in unprofessional, harmful, or inappropriate behavior

Continued association may negatively impact our reputation or community focus

You violated our event policies, contracts, or communication standards

3. No Obligation to Justify

We are under no obligation to explain, justify, or debate our decision to disassociate from any person or business. We are an independent private company and retain full control over who we choose to promote or collaborate with.

4. No Legal Recourse or Refund Entitlement

By working with SWFL Business Magazine LLC, you agree that:

We may remove or cancel your involvement at our discretion

You waive any right to dispute, challenge, or pursue legal claims against us as a result of removal

No refunds or credits will be issued if your participation is revoked due to reasons outlined above
