3. Business Sale & Transfer of Ownership

In the event of a business sale, merger, or acquisition, all assets of SWFL Business Magazine will be transferred to the new ownership. This includes:

  • Our full CRM and all collected business data

  • Client and advertiser history

  • Event records and sponsorship agreements

  • All branding, content, email lists, systems, and digital infrastructure

By engaging with our company, you acknowledge and agree that your data and all relevant business interactions may be transferred as part of the business assets.

4. No Sale of Data to Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data with unaffiliated third parties for independent use. Data is only used internally or transferred with the business in its entirety.
