By submitting advertising content, logos, articles, or business details, you confirm that:

2. Indemnification Clause
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SWFL Business Magazine LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal actions (including attorney fees) resulting from:

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with Collier County, Florida designated as the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
