By participating in any SWFL Business Magazine event, submitting advertising, or being featured in our publication, you consent to the following:

​

• You grant us permission to use your name, business name, logo, likeness, image, and any photos/videos taken during events or related marketing campaigns.

• This includes, but is not limited to, use in printed materials, website content, social media, promotional videos, and third-party press coverage.

• No additional approval or compensation will be provided for these uses.

• If you prefer not to appear in media coverage, you must notify us in writing before the event by emailing:

Your participation and submission of any material grants SWFL Business Magazine an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for promotional and editorial purposes.
