Zahyly is a distinguished leader with nearly two decades of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and negligence law. As Managing Director of the Naples office of Goldberg & Rosen, P.A., one of the nation’s top personal injury firms, she oversees complex legal and financial operations while advocating for families across Southwest Florida.

She immigrated from Cuba at age 21, began her career as a file clerk, and worked her way into senior leadership through discipline, grit, and excellence — a true American success story.

Beyond the legal profession, Mrs. Campohermoso channels her creativity and drive into entrepreneurship. In 2021, she and her husband founded Y&Z Carpentry and Wood Floors, a family-owned business rooted in shared values of hard work, craftsmanship, and legacy building. The company specializes in high-quality wood flooring, deck installation, and general carpentry services, serving clients throughout Southwest Florida. Proudly identifying as a woman in construction, Zahyly brings leadership, vision, and discipline to every project, redefining expectations within a traditionally male-dominated industry.

She is a devoted mother, community leader, and an inspiration for women balancing career, business ownership, and family life.

Juliana is the founder of New Era Cleaning Solutions, a company built on excellence, integrity, transparency, and accountability. With a background in biochemistry and medical studies, she brings precision and analytical thinking into every business decision she makes.

Her career experience spans leasing, property management, renovation oversight, and operations leadership, where she worked closely with investors and construction teams. After seeing a gap in professionalism within service industries, she set out to raise the standard.

Today, New Era Cleaning Solutions delivers refined residential and commercial exterior services including window care, roof cleaning, and property preservation — designed to protect assets and enhance long-term value. Juliana also serves as a leadership coach with Maxwell Leadership, helping develop future leaders grounded in ethics, clarity, and vision.

At only 18 years old, Naomi represents the next generation of leadership in Southwest Florida. She is the founder of BUB-UL Management, a vending machine and media management company already operating across multiple locations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County.

She graduated high school in 2025 with an Associate of Arts degree already completed, demonstrating discipline and a strong focus on early achievement. Naomi plans to pursue law school and become an international attorney, specializing in global business and corporate relations.

She is determined to expand her company nationwide, speak publicly about entrepreneurship, and inspire young people to start earlier, think bigger, and take ownership of their future.
