The June 2026 Edition of SWFL Business Magazine brings together a powerful collection of Southwest Florida entrepreneurs, creatives, hospitality leaders, and business professionals. Captured on location at Warren American Whiskey Kitchen in Naples, Florida, this edition reflects the luxury, ambition, and community-driven energy that continues to shape the Southwest Florida business landscape.

This exclusive front cover features Hector Pichardo, Scott Markowitz, Leonardo Cracchiolo, Bailey “BC” Case, and Brooke Torrez — five professionals who represent leadership, creativity, hospitality, storytelling, and business growth in SWFL.

Founder of SWFL Business Magazine
Leonardo Cracchiolo, founder of SWFL Business Magazine, was born in Palermo, Sicily, and grew up surrounded by a family of business owners across multiple industries. Being exposed to entrepreneurship at a young age helped shape his ambition, discipline, and business mindset early in life.
Before entering the business lending industry at age 20, Leonardo worked from ages 14 to 20 in several hands-on roles, including dishwasher, pizza man, server, construction worker, and landscaper. Those early experiences taught him discipline, humility, work ethic, and the value of earning every opportunity.
From age 20 to 31, Leonardo built his career in the lending and banking industry, spending 11 years working closely with business owners and eventually working his way up to VP Commercial Lender. During that time, he gained firsthand experience in what businesses need to grow: access to capital, visibility, credibility, strong relationships, and the right opportunities.
Leonardo founded SWFL Business Magazine to create a luxury, high-end business publication focused on showcasing entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and beyond. The magazine was built to be more than advertising — it was created to tell real business stories, create meaningful exposure, and strengthen the local business community.
Leonardo is also the creator and host of The 15 Minute Interview, a media show powered by SWFL Business Magazine. With the support of Reinvent Studio, the show gives business owners a platform to share who they are, what they do, and why they do it through professional interviews shared across social media outlets.

Co-Owner of Reinvent Studio

His career includes commercial editing, reality television development, political advertising, visual effects, and brand storytelling. At Reinvent Studio, Scott works closely with companies, nonprofits, coaches, and business leaders to create modern marketing systems rooted in authenticity, trust, and emotional connection. His approach blends cinematic storytelling, strategic messaging, and collaborative leadership to help brands communicate with clarity and purpose in an increasingly crowded digital world.

Precision, Presence, and Purpose Behind the Bar
Bailey “BC” Case has built his reputation in Naples through discipline, hospitality, and a deep respect for the guest experience. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, BC has spent the past six years in Naples developing a presence defined by precision, intention, and consistency.
Before entering hospitality, BC served as a firefighter and EMT in his home state. That experience shaped the way he carries himself today - calm under pressure, detail-focused, and grounded in service to others.
As an original opening bartender at Warren Naples in 2023 and the location’s first Spirits Advisor, BC played an important role in helping shape the bar’s identity from the beginning. Today, as Beverage Manager, he continues to help build a bar program centered around fine spirits, elevated craft, knowledgeable staff, and memorable guest experiences.
BC’s passion for fine whiskey, premium spirits, cigars, and exceptional food is more than personal interest — it is the foundation of the atmosphere he helps create. To him, great hospitality is about more than a drink. It is about connection, presentation, culture, and making each guest feel part of something intentional.
Looking ahead, BC hopes to develop a hospitality brand built around immersive experiences, including cocktail lounges, whiskey and cigar clubs, and concept-driven venues.
